Merchant Terms and Conditions
Web Picture Identification Inc. O/A WebPicID, is herein, referred to as WebPicID in this document and on this website.
Organizations sign up and become Merchants.
An organization is defined as:
One or more persons, a partnership, an incorporated company, or a government.
The Administrator signs up the organization as a WebPicID Merchant.
The management of the organization ratifies the appointment of the Administrator.
The organization agrees to the WebPicID Merchant Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Merchant employees sign up as MEM's and become Merchant Employee Members.
Merchant Employee Members, MEM’s, agree to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Merchant Employees sign up as MEM’s and the Administrator approves them as MEM’s.
MEM’s complete a register page and an Id Document page.
The MEM needs an Agent to verify their identity.
An MEM cannot act as an Agent for WebPicID.

Documents required for most Merchants
Individual/Proprietorship
All of the principals need to be listed and they must become MEM's.
A letter stating the management structure, a list of who the principals are, their ownership percentage if there is more than 1 owner.
A bank reference.
Branch Location list.
Lease or Landlord reference.

Partnership
All of the Partners need to be listed and they must become MEM's.

What do type of products or services do you sell or provide?
Limited company
Articles of incorporation
A certificate of incorporation.
It is recommended that all of the Directors and Officers become MEM's.
We require at least 1 director, 1 Officer, and 1 Administrator for each company.
A list of the Directors with their names addresses and contact information.
A list of the shareholders with 5% or more of the company.
We need the names, address, and contact information for each of the shareholders with 5% or more of the stock.
If a 5% plus shareholder is a company we need a list of the Directors and shareholders with 5% or more of the stock.
We need the names, address, and contact information for each of the shareholders with 5% or more of the stock.
If this there is another corporate owner with 5% we need the information listed above.

What do type of products or services do you sell or provide?
Publicly traded company
It is recommended that all of the Directors and Officers become MEM's.We require at least 1 director, 1 Officer (if only 1 then the president, and 1 Administrator for each company.
We need to do Due diligence to confirm that the Administrator is authorized to act for the organization.

Government
This will be worked out by WebPicID and the government representative.
Services available to Merchants
Identity Theft Fraud Loss Reduction IDTFLR
WebPicID detects a fraud in mid transaction after payment has been received and approved ,but before the goods or services have been shipped. The Buyers are advised by the Merchant after making the payment and approved is received.
“Vendor1 protects you, Buyer1, from identity theft fraud losses by having Buyer1 verify their identity at WebPicID.com."
The goods or services will not be shipped until the sale is Authorized by WebPicID.
A Notification is emailed 24/7 to individuals when their identity is used at a WebPicID Merchant site.

Authorized
The Buyer, logs on to WebPicID, verifies their identity, and Authorizes the sale.
Declined
The Buyer, logs on to WebPicID, verifies their identity, and Declines the sale.
Faud
The Buyer, logs on to WebPicID, verifies their identity, and declares a Fraud. The sale is canceled, the funds are refunded, a fraud report is sent by WebPicID.
Ignored
The Buyer did not respond to the Notification.
We view any delay in responding as a bad sign.
In all cases there is no ID Theft Fraud Loss to either party.
The Merchant has the payment and the merchandise.
A Fraud report will be sent to the Buyer and the Merchant via Secure Message.
Indemnification of losses
The Merchant agrees to indemnify WebPicID from any losses associated with using the WebPicID services.
The Member indemnifies WebPicID from any loss incurred using these services.
All Members and Merchants agree that all disputes are resolved by the Alberta Arbitration Act and damages are limited to the amount of the transaction Copy Right Web Picture identification Inc. O/A WebPicID™ Dated Dec 08, 2020 RFG

MEM Membership
Merchant Employee Members, MEM’s, may only have one MEM for each employer.
Some individuals may have more than one employer may have an MEM for each employer.
Individuals may have more than 1 MEM for different employers
MEM’s cannot act as an Agent for WebPicID.
They must become a Member to Act as an Agent for WebPicID.
I agree to:
Only have one individual MEM Membership for each Merchant.
Provide my name, email address, picture, and date of birth.
Provide and keep my home address current. (This is for your protection.)
Report any name, address, and contact information changes the next time I Log On. (This again is for your protection.)
The WebPicID Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
To create a log on with a password and provide the answer to 3 security questions
To Activate my Web Camera and Microphone.
To provide a picture every time they log on or make a transaction.
To provide 3 pieces of identification to WebPicID.
Primary Government Issued Picture ID: Driver’s License, Passport, or Other.
Secondary Government issued ID: Unused Picture ID. a Birth Certificate (A Birth Certificate is required for dependent Members), or Other.
Address ID Any utility statement or statement dated in the last 30 days, or Other.
To provide a witness to look at the ID documents.
To enter the ID information on to the WebPicID Identification Document and Agent affirmation screen.
To allow the witness (anyone 18+ years old) to look at the ID documents and verify that the information on the Identity Document and Agent Affirmation screen matches.
Merchant Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
The Administrator:
Receives all invoices from WebPicID and arranges for payment
Activate all new MEM sign up.
The Administrator is asked to pay for the MEM membership via e check.
Provide: an employee number, date of employment, position, branch, extension,
Designates Officers and Executives.
Designates Admin status to MEM’s.
Designates, suspends, and removes MEM’s, Officers, and Executives as required.
(A Small Merchant may only have 1 Executive who is the Administrator and no Officers).
Pay Identity Theft Fraud Loss Reduction fee invoices weekly.
Invoices are sent by Secure Message and are due in full upon receipt.
KYC compliance
Provide documentation for WebPicID to comply with Know your customer regulations, KYC.

Secure Message
Send messages that only you and the recipient can read.
The message never leaves the WebPicID server.
The Sender is responsible to notify the Recipient that they have a Secure Message by email, phone, or social media.
Benefits
Messages are internal unless specified as external.
Invoices, statements, contracts, proposals, any thing couriered or mailed can be sent by Secure Message. This saves, time, paper, postage, courier, and postage
